I booked this place for 11 days. I should have left after walking in the room. The place was a sh** hole. I figured since my booking was non refundable I would stick it out. What a big mistake. The reviews online are not even close to being accurate about this place. The pics are outdated and every single person who has given this place a good review must have been high the whole time of their stay. Furniture is old and outdated, bathroom is disgusting. My first day I spent most of the time out and about and only slept in the room when I got back. The 2nd night I turned on the shower and turned around to get undressed when I looked back at the shower the water was literally brown. I couldn’t believe it. I left the water running for a good 30 min and it wouldn’t clear up. So I have to brush my teeth with bottled water. No shower for me. The next morning I woke up and when to the bathroom and there was a big brown water stain on the floor. Guess what? I turn on the shower and brown water again. I turned off the water and brushed my teeth with bottled water and packed up my bag and left. I checked out of the hotel with no refund and booked somewhere else. The thing that really pissed me off was the reviews. Can no one actually right an honest review? This place is a definite 1 star hotel.

10 night stay room 402 at the Access Inn Pattaya
Great Hotel location for all you needs.The hotel is quite and clean. The Staff were all very nice polite and very helpful The room booked was meant to have a balcony but did not but was very spacious , It said Tea / Coffee making facilities..... A kettle and cups/teaspoons (only) The bed was very comfortable... The A/C was so so and had a fan in front to help blow colder air around... The shower I had was of low pressure and could do with a new shower head. It's only a 5 minutes walk to Soi Buakhao and all the night life.... Overall a nice budget hotel and would stay again

Everything was perfect Room size Wifi Room cleaning Barely 5 minute walk to LK Metro that includes walking down Soi Lenkee Do yourselfs a favour and try this place out

The staff was pleasant and helpful! The room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. The location puts you within walking distance of the nightlife, beach and shopping.

It was quiet and good price
The room is what you would expect for the price. I was on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. There is an elevator so you don’t climb stairs. It is an older property but in good shape. The restaurant was a little expensive so I did not eat there. It is close to busy markets and restaurants within walking distance.

Small hotel with lift, on 3rd rd and near lots of restaurants and fun places. Always a smile from reception when going in or out. Room I stayed in needed repairs and renovations but price was right on a 4 night stay.

Room good size. Bathroom adequate - with plentiful hot water. Furnishings good. Outlook OK. Quiet enough. Well located. No private parking, but road outside easy find spaces. Good VFM. Good (not exorbitant) mini bar - but no in-room beverages/cups !! Did not try Breakfast or Dinner Pleasantly surprised by room/hotel/staff. One small criticism - outer bed cover was plain beige linen-type material - shows every stain (plenty!). Sheets spotless inside, but visually a little off-putting. Will happily use this hotel again at this price level.

Very nice hotel - especially for this price
Now I can say that I was very fortunate to be able to stay at this hotel for less than $20. Certainly, hotel has a good value. I stayed for a 3 days but then extended for a few more. Room was spacious. Bed linen were very good. Shower had hot water. Mini bar. Nice decor. Not crowded at all. I definitely recommend.

Room is Ok, but....
The hotel is ok. Two bad things, the bathroom while clean smelled of poop. Also, the free breakfast is a joke. They do not begin serving until 10am. I left the hotel at 8:30am. I have never heard of a hotel beginning breakfast at 10am.

Överlag bra hotel som har moderna rena och ljusa rum. Sköna sängar. Undvik de enklaste standard rummen. Det märks att det är en Europé som driver det här hotellet. I rum som gränsar mot gatan kan trafiken upplevas som störande. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Booked hotel with expedia,got there was told hotel full had too stay next door for 2 nites.Not same condition hotel as too what I paid for.Was offered 2 free breakfast .(only had 1 food bad).Also offered upgrade room.Room was ok ,no balcony soft bed.Hotel staff, may was great..Just not what I booked and Haskell too start holiday.Had too put monies with friend as hotel 1st off security was non existent, and safe anyone could access

Nice hotel in a good location.
The hotel is very nice. The only down side is the noise from the neighbours roosters if you are on the South Western side of the hotel. Not a problem if you like to get up around 6am. Also the Expedia listing stated the room would have a private spa tub and city view, neither of which were factual.
