One of the best Holiday Inn hotels I have been to. The rooms are new and well furnished, amenities are varied, the breakfast is great with many options and with reasonable price (399 Bat), the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Worth considering.

Clean and quiet,the hotel has just completed the renovation,overall feeling is comfortable and elegant.The staff are also friendly and courteous.Very good location!Just a few minutes walk to terminal 21 or beach street.

Wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! We stayed at the Holiday Inn for four nights and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. The location is excellent—close to Terminal 21 and surrounded by plenty of street food along the seaside. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious. We were lucky to get a high-floor room on the 26th floor with a beautiful sea view. Although we couldn’t catch the sunset from our room, the view was still perfect. We’ll definitely be back again!

Wondeview of the sea and town. Enjoyable Stay.

Had a relaxing stay — only thing your room and swimming pool is not suited to old people and handicaps Need rail bars in the bathroom

They upgraded me to the new tower called bay tower which has recently been renovated. This is really good with fine interior finishing and nice view of the beach. Breakfast is awesome with lot of options to select from.

The Holiday Inn Pattaya has an excellent staff that is willing to assist and make your stay more comfortable. They are courteous and kind, never wavering from their professionalism. I have never seen a maid remove her shoes to clean your room. This is a testament to the respect for others that they show. The Concierge, Teddy is helpful at every turn! Holiday Inn franchise should be extremely thankful for the job being managed/accomplished in Pattaya. This is where I'll stay whenever I visit Pattaya!
