Good hotel

Good location and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel appeared clean. For people staying longer than one or two days a bit more storage in the rooms would be useful.

Absolutely love this hotel and its breakfast staff. The hotel is perfectly located across the street from the beach and smack in the middle of everything. Breakfast was incredible! Best breakfast we have had in any hotel and any country lately.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food and service at Pastry Addiction/October Sky is first rate. I had some language issues, but that’s a “me problem” because I’m the one not speaking the right language. :) Should I manage a future visit to this wonderful country, the Meramare Pattya will be my first choice. Very highly recommended. I found one very minor maintenance issue and let the front desk know.

We had the 2 room signature ocean view 3 bed suite Excellent room and amazing view. Only thing I didn’t like is that it only covered 3 people for breakfast yet all rooms come in 2’s… so technically I should have had 4 people covered for… something that should be looked at. Apart from that great location and cannot beat that view :)

I am in a wheelchair. Although not perfect it did meet my needs and the hotel worked hard to make my stay easier. Large rooms, wide doors, tile floors and a big counter with knee room made it great. Downside. Beds too close together so I couldn't access closet or safe or telephone and light switches. Staff was exceptional. Kind courteous quick to respond. I never opened a door or pushed myself up the ramp to the hotel. Plus the security would check where I was going and kept a close eye on me so I felt very safe. Even though the whole area and attitude of the people made me feel comfortable everywhere I went.

This was a great hotel experience! The staff is very professional and courteous, the loctation is perfect because its rightnacross the street from Pattaya Beach. Because the hotel itself sits a little away from the street, there was no real street noise heard in the room even though Beach Rd is a main thoroughfare (especially at night). The food options were great! Although the price for cocktails was a little pricey for the area, the environment made it acceptable. The only less than satisfying issue was how hard the bed mattress is. I understand that this may be the typical preference l, but I prefer a much more softer and plush mattress. I only took 1 star because this is only my preference and not a flaw of the hotel. If there was an option to add a mattress pillow top or to offer rooms with softer mattresses, this would be 5 stars! I definitely intend to visit this hotel again in the future!
