Old property needs TLC. Considering covid and the loss suffered by they are doing their best to get things working again. It’s a lovely place away from everything. A nice place just to have downtime and relax. The staff are amazing and they make this place magical

This is advertised as a 4 star, however I’d say this is more of a 2 star; the condition of the hotel is not as in the photos. The hotel is rundown, pool areas are neglected, the beach beds are in terrible condition, reception staff were rude, nothing was open. The location is good but the hotel is bad. I would not stay in this hotel again unless they halved the price to reflect its true conditions.

There are wild dogs on property, lizards and cockroaches in the room! We left right after check-in! Very unhelpful stuff didn’t offer any resolution, so hotel didn’t refund anything! But better that than wake up with some bites from a random creatures! Only decent thing is location

We asked if we could move but staff said the hotel was full although it didn't seem like all the rooms were occupied. There were sunbeds available by the pools but hardly any on the beach. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had

Worst stay ever. Shower didn’t work for 3 nights, no one came to fix it. I was in room 3315. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and plenty in Thailand this has to be the most negligent place I’ve stayed at. Never got any refund or apology. Staff does not care. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Sinon très bien

Village vacances très agréable et assez haut de gamme. Petit déjeuner varié Thaïlandais et Européen. Dommage que la plage ne soit vraiment pas propre.

Anlage am Strand , aber liegen zu wenig Vieles wurde sehr gut renoviert oder völlig neu gestaltet. Fahren schon seit 18 Jahre ins Pinnacle und werden auch in Zukunft dort Für uns hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zum Golfen

控えめに言って最高

部屋のカードキーが壊れていたのか、鍵で開け閉めしてたのですが、開け方を習得するまで時間かかった難しすぎる。 でも朝ごはんも美味しかったし、部屋も広すぎるくらい広く、ビーチも近くてまた絶対行きます！ 朝ごはんはほんとに美味しかった。 タクシーはフロントで手配してくれます。 でも、大通りまで出たら普通にタクシー拾えます。 フロントのおっちゃん優しかった！

Huonepalvelu hieman haastavaa. Lähellä kivoja katuruokaloita. Ravintolan oma tarjonta ihan ok tasoa paikalliset parempaa. Allas villa oli aivan super ihana. Muuten melko keskinkertainen hotelli ja perus aamupala.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer mit Meerblick sehr schön. Grosser Pool. Daneben gute und einfache Restaurants. Beach Club daneben mit lästige Musik. Fast nur russische Gäste.

Hotel location was good, some nice small restaurants near the hotel, there was also small minimarket and massage place. Room was ok and clean, but lot of mosquitoes so good to have a spray with you. Pool area and beach was nice. On the beach there was beach club alexa, little bit too loud music, they played music starting 11am until late evening. At the pool the sound wasn’t that bad. Breakfast was like a 3star hotel, asian breakfast style. But there was omelet, bread and fruits so ok. Shuttle service to pattaya city, cost 80thb, took 15min. Wifi was okey in room, not that good at pool&beach area. The only thing we missed here was a gym/fitness center. That would make it even better. If you want nice hotel and calm area this is good option.

Staying with family

We stayed in Pinnacle Resort with our family of four children and all-in-all we enjoyed very much our stay. We had two 2nd floor neighbouring rooms (no joining rooms are in the hotel) with balcony not far from reception and from the restaurant area. Check-in was quick and though we arrived much earlier than official check-in time we got one of our rooms already to stay there. Rooms are rather functional, nothing fancy. Rooms, hotel, and all public areas are very clean and well kept. Breakfast is abundant and offers a variety of local thai and standard international foods. Also we had dinners in the restaurant, mostly thai cuisine. For children there is a separate childrens pool and a small playground. Also we could borrow playtools free. There is a large garden around the hotel buildings and a beach to the sea. Unfortunately the sea is not immaculate, we have seen floating trash in it, but it is obviously not the fault of the hotel. If not staying always inside the hotel places, then a car is a necessity to get around. Guests are mainly Russians, but that seemed to us quite common in the area of Pattaya.
