Place is smaller than it looks in the pictures and there is a lot of noise and buses always out front. Definitely do not recommend for this price.

Big house and Nice staff

We stayed 3 night in Grand Siam villa. This is a big house and staff are very nice. But have something an issue. The big room in G/F do not have hot waterno electricity supply. 6 rooms to shared 2 hair dryers. There are not washing machine in House! I have ask for the checkin girl few times, but not to follow up. i feel a bit sad about this!

The villa itself is fine although the Small Swimming pool is overlooked by a condo development. Location is ok if you have your own car. Not easy to get a taxi from property and security on the development gate were unhelpful.

가족여행으로 쓰기에 좋은 숙소였습니다. 특히 수영장이 있어 아이들이 물놀이 하는데 정말 좋았습니다. 단지 check in 하는 장소가 떨어져 있어 기사님이 찾는데 좀 힘드셨다는 것을 제외 하고는 다 만족스러웠습니다. 근처 야시장도 있고 편의점도 많이 있어 먹거리에는 신경쓰지 않아서 좋았습니다.

체크인장소와 숙박장소가 500m 정도 떨어져 있었어요. 걸어서 3분 거리를 택시타고 한참 헤맸네요. 그러나 리셉션 직원은 모두 친절했어요. 체크인 시간 전에 도착해서 짐을 맡기고 잠시 주변을 둘러보는데 체크인 시간과 언제 돌아오는지 등의 연락을 카톡으로 묻는게 신선했네요. 체크인시 짐과 사람을 사용라는 빌라까지 데려다주는 차량이 있고 체크아웃 시에는 차량없이 가야합니다. 빌라 내부의 청결도 및 어메니티도 훌륭했고, 세탁기까지 잘 사용했어요. 다만, 주변에 높은 건물이 많아 주변 건물 사람들이 풀장과 빌라 내 일부를 훤히 볼 수 있습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러웠고 다음에도 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다:)

풀빌라 처음 가봤는데, 매우 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 방 3개에 욕실2개이고, 수영장도 가족끼리 물장구치며 놀기 적당했습니다. 다만 주위 부대시설이 부족하다는 점이 단점이긴 합니다. 근데 저희는 근처 마사지 숍에서 마사지도 충분히 받고, 야시장에서도 충분히 먹고 즐겼습니다. 파타야를 또 가게된다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

部屋は広くてプール、ジャグジー最高！ シャワーが水しか出ない所が残念。水圧は、ギリギリって感じ‼︎タオルが1人1枚は少ないと思います。 到着してBBQのコンロをお願いしたら直ぐにセッティングに来てくれたりレセプションのスタッフもとても感じの良い方でした。トータル的には又利用したいです(^^)

청결하고 편안한 숙소

체크인 오피스와 빌라가 떨어져있는 특성상, 체크인이 아주 편리하지는 않으나 직원들이 친절하게 응대해 주었고, 택시나 밴 기사에게 위치를 설명해 주는등 리셉션 데스크 직원들은 대체로 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 관리 상태도 청결하였고, 집기등도 잘 준비되어 있었습니다. 친구나 가족들과 풀빌라에서 보내는데는 괜찮은 선택이라고 생각됩니다.

豪華な別荘感覚

場所は若干わかりにくいので、ホテルに送迎頼んだ方がいいです。少し歩けば店もコンビニもあり、バイクタクシーも拾えます。 プールは泳ぎやすいし、とにかく広い、綺麗なので家族やグループに最適。 騒音で周囲に迷惑をかけないように、門限を定めた誓約書とデポジットが必要でした。

親切でぜひおすすめしたいホテルです

２泊の旅程で予約しておりました。１日目に捻挫してしまい途方に暮れておりましたところ、スタッフの方が病院へのタクシーの手配、車いすの無料レンタルなどを手配頂きました。英語は中学生レベルでしか把握できませんが、それでもジャスチャーなどを用いて丁寧に対応してくれました、またホテルのアメニティーはロクシタン。きれいにメイキングっもしてくれ、洗濯乾燥機も備わっており、無料で洗剤なども利用できました。また絶対に泊まりたいと思います。ウェルカムドリンクのKAMIKAZEも大変美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

入住最好有自駕車輛，不然會好不方便。

夜晚訓覺時，個車閘當有車經過都會響，如易醒的人會好易被佢嘈醒。屋與屋之間太近，如隔離屋開派對會好嘈。設施有點殘舊。整體還可以接受。

無洗衣設施

整體上大致很好，但租住時屋內註明有洗衣機但最後並無這設施令到很不方便。而其中兩房間的厠所有水噴出來，職員修理後仍然無改善。

個別浴室水力嚴重不足，屋外部份燈光有損壞而沒有更換！ 廚具亦比較殘舊，比預期會有小小落差，但還是可以接收！

住過最好的別墅

別墅好好好大, 有好大個廳、廚房、Gym room、6間套房, 是有小廳的套房 ! 還有桌球枱和超大泳池 ! 別墅與網站的相片是一樣的, 我們一行6人都非常滿意 ! 唯一缺點是廳沒有洗手間, 每次都需要行返去房間, 因為間屋太大, 要行好遠啊 ! 另外check in 需要去他們的office, 是在另一個地方, 酒店voucher上並沒有寫明, 幸好我們買了當地電話咭, 我們去到別墅致電voucher上的電話才知道, 他們10分鐘左右就有人過來為我們check in, 這一點需要留意。

Nice villa close to the beach

The location was very important to us, we wanted the villa which had easy access to the beach and located not far from Walking street, and this was great choice. grand Siam Villa is located in 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and in about 7 minutes drive to Walking Street.
