โWe would have liked to have decaf coffee in the room instead of just regular. Also a microwave or a refrigerator would be nice in the room.

Loved having the little living area, only used it to have coffee in the mornings but was really nice to have seating and kitchen area rather than sitting on the bed having coffee. Lovely bathroom, comfy bed (although pillows not great), really quiet despite being right in the middle of everything. Lovely staff, absolutely would stay again!โ

โNice bedding in a comfortable room. The surrounding environment was wonderful with lots of wood. very peaceful. I would like to come back to stay here again. The breakfast was good with nice silverware. The shuttle service to the airport was also very convenient.โ
โMy wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'm satisfied with everything, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with. Room cleaning is done only once a week. I would like to do this at least once every 2-3 days. I stayed 6 nights, but only 1 towel and toilet paper were prepared, so I had to ask for extra. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.โ
โThe units were comfortable and really designed for those who plan to be "out and about." The rooms provide the basics and are very clean. We actually stayed at the facility twice due to the excellent location. We suggest asking for one of the upper floors because there is quite a bit of street noise on the south side that one can hear.โ
โThis was my third stay in Anantara hotel around the globe. As expected, the service was wonderful, staff very friendly, a nice room with a view of the grand canal. The breakfast was less impressive compared to other anatara sites, but we enjoyed our stay. โ
