Beds were shoddy, outdated room. Door was so hard to open my wife hurt her shoulder. Could’ve given us a better room but I guess because we used Expedia they weren’t as accomadating

We usually just spend time sleeping here when we go to Payson. Nothing special but it is just right for a good nights sleep.

Average hotel stay

The gal working the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was average with some noticeable dust on the entertainment center and what appeared to be mold near the shower. Otherwise it was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.

The room was clean. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The walls are thin. I kept hearing the guy next to me clear his throat over and over again. There was also a family constantly yelling all night and kids screaming and jumping on the bed. I did not even get to sleep. I got so mad that I left the hotel at 5am.

Because we look and we are Mexicans the ladie ask for extra deposit, she claim that was more then 2 guess, we explained that the 3rd person he was a friend who was giving us a ride, over all she was so discriminated against us

Ok to stay

Due to unexpected road closure, spent a night to this hotel. Overall is ok, nothing special, but the price seem high and would expect the room to be more clean. Hair in the bathtub, mosquito and fries in the room, stains in the refrige, and night stand can't close. Hot shower, cable TV. Easy check in and check out. Close to highway.
