"room was clean but big crack in wall , room was cold after informing them at tea time , but bathroom and hall way was warm , i was in room 4 …and bathroom was mouldy …"

"We had to ask to move rooms, as there was a noisy fan (or similar) running outside the window. Room change was effected quickly and without any fuss"

Not great was serving time and overall state of chairs and tables. Chairs were absolutely uncomfortable and tables wabbly in restaurant and breakfast room. Parking was OK, but road into property is full of potholes."

Breakfast - just brought plate without asking what I actually want to have for full English?? This place is not good - cannot recommend. One bright spot was easy parking. "

"I had a really nice stay recently, and enjoyed the gym, swimming pool and spa facilities. Breakfast is good and gluten free options are available. I was to have dinner as well but restaurant staff didn't recognise my interest, so had food at s local Italian restaurant instead."

"We didnt see any shops, my only reason for one low score, is that we were in room 7 on Friday 20th March. When we went to the room the smell of Fresh paint was very strong. The young lady on reception moved us to another room. Which was perfect. "
