Besides being centrally located in the vibrant heart of the riverfront area it is, in and of itself, a quality hotel of the first order, with a helpful staff and great amenities. Very close to just about anything you might like to see and do in Wilmington or, on a rainy day, very much a destination in itself, including a quite nice restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were clean. However, the couch had lots of stains and we didn't want to sit on it. The carpets in the hallways also had many stains. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and made a low noise unlike other hotel ACs - made it harder to sleep."

"Very clean , easy check in even accommodated a very late check in do to travel plans changing. We were in town looking at houses for relocating so we weren’t in the room much but the bed was very comfortable and I slept great."
