“They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! “The room was great, the hotel was clean. The only issue take your own towels and quilts! We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. We all took a shower upon arriving, we went out when we came back we asked for a couple more towels and all they had were two wash cloths they had nothing else. Asked again in the morning when we got up to take showers-still nothing. Also asked for another quilt we were cold and were told they had none.
