"Hilton Home 2 hotels it is a friendly family enviroment place to stay. This is our fourth time enjoying a stay in the same brand , diferents states, and we have realized that we feel right at home."

"I’ve been to this hotel a few times with my girlfriend and I’m starting to feel it’s really going downhill. The afternoon clerk was very nice and extroverted but the night clerk looked like he hated his job. He wasn’t friendly, he didn’t even answer the damn phone when I called downstairs to the front lobby several times to simply ask for 4 clean pillows, which were dirty in the room we were in. Eventually I went downstairs minutes later and he was just sitting there doing nothing. I then asked him for clean pillows and he went in the back behind the front desk to fetch only 2 pillows, WHICH WERE NOT CLEAN. I asked him for 2 more and he said those were the only 2 spare pillows left. When he handed the 2 pillows off to me, they were dirty as I spotted a copious amount of brown stains all over them. Disgusting and unacceptable! This is how you run a hotel? I handed them back to him pointing out my frustration and he said “well I can’t help you.” Boy you guys really hire from the bottom of the barrel don’t you? Are you trying to deter and dissuade guests from returning there? It’s also definitely not worth the amount you charge even during off peak season. You’re lucky I don’t sue you either because there was a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the sitting chair in the room and cut the back of my leg. Not to mention the toilet flusher was broken. Very dissatisfying experience."

"Comfortable room"

"Overall hotel is ok for like a one night stay. Ok for short stay for couples and families with small children. While checking in they were changing shifts and the greeting was super awkward as I was attempting to check in. One front desk staff took my card and license, then just handed it off to someone else without finishing the check in process they started. I have stayed at alot of hotels and own timshares etc, and I understand customer service and the lack of it. Customer Is Always First Priority. Then the other staff member that checked me in signed me up for rewards account without asking. Will keep it... but it would have been good if they explained what came with the enrollment and allowed me to choose if I wanted to enroll or not. Lots of random cranking noises made it impossible to fall asleep at first. Then that randomly stopped. Thin walls so can hear the sound of every other room door opening and slamming shut. Room costed $142 for one night but we paid $150 for hotel fees which is more than what the room cost. That doesn't make sense for this hotel at all. Would make sense if the fee was only $100 or even $50. Otherwise stay was ok."
