“아침식사는 맛있지만 가짓수가 좀 부족합니다. 바닷가 옆이라 파도소리가 굉장히 크게 들리구요. 방 크기는 생각보다 좁았습니다. 리버풀에서 한시간 정도 거리에 있습니다. Ground 엘리베이터 버튼을 꽉 눌러야 작동이 되는 단점이 있습니다.”

“Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all...
