“Basic rooms located within a couple of minutes walk from Penzance station. The staff are helpful but check in may be slow if you arrive at a time when the bar is busy. The building itself is old and my single bedroom was faded and quite crampedbut the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked.”

However, my Google Maps App had problem with the location so it took more than that. The room was great. It might be inconvenient for some people as it does not have any elevators but it seems like only 2 floor building. So, unless you have a large luggage, it won't be a problem. “This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.”
