"The only thing I did not like was that they bugged you about the cleaning like calling and texting before 10 AM. It’s crazy. I’m there trying to get away from the crazy craziness not to get a text message at 10 AM so do you want cleaning services if I have the do not disturb sign out there’s a reason please do not disturb"
"We stayed at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa for Mother’s Day weekend and it was truly one of the most memorable family weekends we’ve ever had. I brought my mom and my two nieces, and every generation from 7 years old to 60 years old had an incredible time.
The customer service absolutely blew us away. Paul made our check-in experience seamless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond helping us navigate parking, our room, and all the resort amenities. It honestly set the tone for the entire weekend, and I’m so grateful we were welcomed by him.
We also loved the complimentary shuttle service, Art was wonderful and made getting around so enjoyable. The pool was spectacular, and the activity center was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We participated in all the Mother’s Day activities and crafts (including crafts for adults!), played bingo by the pool, and loved that there was always something fun happening without ever needing to leave the resort.
The Mother’s Day brunch and fresh roses were such thoughtful touches that made the weekend feel extra special. It truly felt like the resort cared about creating meaningful experiences for families.
Thank you to the entire staff for making this such a beautiful and memorable weekend for our family. We had such an amazing experience that we’re already talking about making this an annual Mother’s Day tradition."
"I came with them understanding it was under construction. No noise to disturb my peaceful rest. Away from it! This will be a wonderful spot when complete. Then it will be premium price. So I liked my sneak peak!
Would love to see it during a ski trip. Nice plunge for the ache of skiing. The spa was nice and hot. Views of snow capped mountains and Swiss inspired hillsides were memorable.
Nearby access to The Crater was a neat experience! You must prebook separately but they will golf cart you to it! Such nice warm, natural hot spring. Cool story to its’ discovery."
"We booked 2 rooms on my Amex Platinum card for a weekend that was considered in between seasons (very low capacity). We checked in the evening on a Friday. The rooms were fine (small bathroom but ok).
It isn't too late for dinner so we headed down to eat. There was no one to greet us or to seat us at a table and after a few minutes we just sat down. Finally the server came and asked us to order right away as the kitchen would close soon (it was only 8:45). The manager showed up and said they would comp a desert as we weren't greeted upon arrival. Actually, I really didn't want desert, the glass of wine would be better but then ok.
The staff not being around was a theme the whole weekend. The thing that bothered me the most was the day we checked out. I had a late flight and requested an extra hour to check out (even just one of the rooms). The receptionist Katy explained that 'No it was not possible'. The place was virtually empty. That's the last time I will stay at Black Rock Mountain Resort!"

"This is a place I would never recommend to anyone. The checkin was slow. They are only open until 5 p.m. then you have to call another place to have someone co.w over and help you. There room was small and had to much furniture in it. The balcony was a good size, too bad you could not move around on it. They have a table and chair setup that takes almost the entire area.
The bathroom was roomy, the toilet was very low to the ground. They soap dispenser was broken. We did use the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. To bad our keycard did not work to let us back into the building. Upon checking out again there was no one at the front desk.
Upon arriving home we discovered my wife had left her earing on the bathroom counter, I called the hotel and they said they said house keeping did not see anything. IF YOU DO GO HERE CHECK AND RECHECK EVERY WHERE. YOU WILL NOT GET BACK ANYTHING YOU LEAVE.

"Didnt use the hot tub but the room was extremely classy and clean. Kitchen had everything most people would need. Extremely satisfied. If you are going to use the kitchen and need spices run to the store and grab some. Its impossible for the host to store everything that people want. Better to just run up the road and grab what you need. I would definitely stay here again"
