"Great location right next to the resort. very beautiful inside and out. Awesome workout gym that has every piece of workout equipment. The pool was well maintained and very peaceful and quiet."

"After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill. I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather. We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak restaurant but they were closed as was most amenities due to off-season. Also no notice at check-in that these were not available and maybe references where other services could be found. So, good off-season rates but amenities are lacking. And the hotel is very difficult to navigate with long corridors and numerous elevators. Not a great way to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We will probably stay elsewhere."

"The staff was excellent but some of the guests showed that they didn’t want to be in the same pools as my son and I and my son even rode the Gondi twice alone because he was child of color and no one wanted to ride with him. We still made the best out of it but I thought times haven’t changed. I hope there will be an improvement next February when we go again. "

"Loved the resort"

"This is a place I would never recommend to anyone. The checkin was slow. They are only open until 5 p.m. then you have to call another place to have someone co.w over and help you. There room was small and had to much furniture in it. The balcony was a good size, too bad you could not move around on it. They have a table and chair setup that takes almost the entire area. The bathroom was roomy, the toilet was very low to the ground. They soap dispenser was broken. We did use the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. To bad our keycard did not work to let us back into the building. Upon checking out again there was no one at the front desk. Upon arriving home we discovered my wife had left her earing on the bathroom counter, I called the hotel and they said they said house keeping did not see anything. IF YOU DO GO HERE CHECK AND RECHECK EVERY WHERE. YOU WILL NOT GET BACK ANYTHING YOU LEAVE. "

"We had to drive to another resort to check in after 8pm. Not convenient when you are tired and it's cold outside. Disappointing for a lovely resort"
