"The hotel was great - clean, quiet, comfortable. My only ding is the “free ski shuttle” which is the High Valley Transit bus which doesn’t start until 9AM. For an early bus you must hike to the Transit Center, not fun in ski boots. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay."

"Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs. "

"The property and location was excellent. The only issue was with the shower in the room 4305 that it smells like sewage after using shower every time. We called the westgate manager several time and they put some drano and cleaned the faucet several times but did not fix it. The shower is renovated but needs grouting the tiles. The smell of sewage was unbearable. Otherwise the unit was nice, renovated and spacious."

"The staff was great, amenities and the room was great. The people above us from 3:00 am to 6:00 were not great and so loud banging around the room. "

"Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. Reported it, they send a technician problem still persisted. I guess if you dont use a car in Utah and dont take a shower ths isnt a bad hotel to stay at (-:"

"Large room with an amazing view. The orange bubble gondola is literally right out the front door. Couldn’t ask for a better location."
