"Great location with beautiful views. Layout of the room was great, only downside was no desk area, but minor issue. Shower is huge and was awesome. Check-in is a bit wonky, as it's not immediately clear how to lookup your name in the kiosk, and if you leave off anything it won't return your reservation. Called and spoke to a lovely person who helped out, and was solved in a few minutes. Parking was easy to get in and out, and the property is close to all sorts of restaurants and a short walk up...

"My stay was very nice. Got to airport and called for shuttle and that showed up quickly. Hotel check in was great and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was simple but had what we needed and was very helpful with our schedule not to have to go search for something to eat. Check out and shuttle back to the airport after our stay went very well. Would definitely stay there again as it was convenient for things we had going on at the convention center. Not a long walk to the convention center, so work well for the 3 of us"

"I love this hotel. It’s very modern and clean. The beds are comfortable. We stayed here two times in a week to attend concerts at the Utah Amphitheater. The drive was less than 15 minutes. Walmart and all sorts of shops are within walking distance. We were on a two week camping trip and each time we stayed here, we were able to wash our laundry, catch up on sleep and enjoy a restful evening. I will stay at this hotel if I am in the area or look for other locations while travelling."

"Great downtown location, literally attached to the City Center shopping center. Walking distance to many restaurants and temple square. We had a great stay with one hiccup. On Expedia I booked the Deluxe King room with the upgrade of a City View. Both the Deluxe King and the upgraded room with the view lists a "balcony". When we arrived we were put in a room without a balcony and it was on the 7th floor with a view of rooftops towards the temple square. I mentioned to the guy checking us in that I paid for the upgrade with the balcony and city view and he said he didn't have any rooms with balconies available. When we checked into our room, we weren't satisfied. There were cleaning supplies still in the room, the towels from the prior guests were on the floor outside our door. The floor was sticky and the view as "sub par". I called the front desk and requested a different room and Brittany came through. She put us in a room with a balcony and a city view. (after we were told there weren't any available.) Expedia shouldn't advertise that all rooms have balconies. I believe it's on the 15th and 16th floor ONLY. From that point forward, our stay was perfect. We loved our room, our view, the balcony. Super comfortable beds too. FYI parking is $29 for self-parking. $49 for Valet."
