“They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm.”

“We had two issues with our stay. First, breakfast struggled. The pancake machine nor the juice dispenser was working. Breakfast was very basic, dry and unfavorable. It reminded me of a breakfast at a Comfort Inn. Our second issue involved, the residents above us who allowed their chid/ren to stomp, jump and run around the room. We called to the front desk - 3 times from 10pm until 11:30 pm. The noise stopped at 3:30am. We were exhausted in the morning. I will not stay at another Holiday...

“Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet room. Comfy beds. Nice complimentary happy hour with alcoholic drinks included. We stayed in three different hotels during our trip. This one was by far the best in every way. Perfect stay here.”

“Onsite bar and tiny area to buy snacks which is convenient. Sometimes filled with loud kids for baseball tournaments but not always. The bed was comfortable. ZERO housekeeping which is ridiculous. Ask for towels for day #2 on check in because YOU will be responsible for getting them yourself.”
