"Beautiful hotel, area, awful front desk employee Mariah night shift, our rooms sofa pull out bed unmade was still with sheets the prior set of people that stayed before us. Other than that it was a good stay."

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena she didnt know or offer to help us this hotel was less then 10 minutes away from the arena. The hallways stunk."
