"I was initially give a room that had repair work done in the bathroom and had not been cleaned. I went to the desk , said this was not acceptable, they gave me another room which was good. The corridor on the 5th floor, where my room was, seemed to have the heat on, not the A/C. Thankfully, the A/C ..."

"The elevator did not work. The hallway and room smelled really bad. There were cockroaches in our room and the neighbor upstairs was lifting weights at midnight and keep dropping the dumbbells on the floor which kept waking me up."
