"The hotel is conveniently located to Roosevelt row area with many restaurants, public transportation and a short ride to the airport. The rooms are decorated in industrial style and it looks cool in the photos. That’s where it ends. The steel structures are rusted and hard to clean, dust under the beds and on every surface. The bathrooms are opened into the room ( be design) and therefore are not sound and order proof. The mattress was very comfortable and the view from the 7 th floor was nice. There is street parking so you don’t have to park in the parking lot and pay $35/ day. When we asked the hotel staff if street parking is safer, the answer was it’s the same. Anyone can walk into the hotel’s parking lot. Lastly, they give a $15 credit towards the restaurant. The coffee is superb. Breakfast options are limited and they often run out of stuff"

"The bathtub plug didn't work and it got kind of loud on Saturday night but.... it was spacious, clean and staff were great. Donuts in the morning, coffee and bottled beverages were free. Nice 3 night stay. "

"We stayed here just after the remodel finished and were pleasantly surprised. My friends stayed in double rooms and I rented a Casita. Everything was new and refreshed, clean and modern. The staff was SO nice and friendly, but they were very under staffed and doing their best to keep guests happy. I loved the pool, the lobby and restaurant. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was courteous. Rooms were kept up at a bare minimum. In a 2 double bed room, one bed was made and the other not made, if made at all. The ice bucket was only maintained twice in the week we were there. Towels were replaced consistently. Everything worked in the room. I'd say its a basic room, definitely not fancy. Wifi was fine though we didn't use it for anything but scrolling social media and watching videos. "

"While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided during dinner time. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others."
