Perfect location for a weekend stay! Parking garage is connected to the building, and it's within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and responded to questions via text super quickly. Loved the pool and lounge/game area.

The rooms were very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the Roku TV but once we communicated with them we got it fixed very quickly. AC was amazing after being out in the Phoenix heat. Definitely going to stay again! Highly recommend (:

Perfect staycation site for downtown events! Spent my birthday weekend downtown and it was a perfect spot to rest away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere. Great amenities! Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

The 2 bedroom/bathroom concept was great. The room was spacious and clean. The property overall was very clean and in a great location, in walking distance for sporting events, etc. in the downtown. The pool is very nice, located in the building across the street. Check-in process was smooth, staff was great.

I love this building 4th time I've stayed here and will stay again. Love the location and the attached parking garage. The staff for placemaker and the Anova building are great. They have a really cool pool area and a jenga set made out of 2×4's. So creative.

The check-in process was quite smooth. We did have to go up to the third floor to get our room keys, but it was not that confusing to navigate. The lady at the desk who served us was very polite and excellent! The air conditioning in the room was amazing especially in Arizona heat. The room was clean, and fully supplied with some nice touches (laundry pods, coffee/tea, nicer than generic brand soaps). Our only complaint was the general area / location. We stayed here to be within walking distance of Chase Field as we had a concert there, thus we didn’t rent a car and figured we would walk around for food. Unfortunately the surrounding area is full of homeless - which is to be expected for a downtown area - but we come from a major city in Canada and found it significantly worse than our downtown back home. It made it uncomfortable to walk far distances as a few times the homeless harassed us. This is not the properties fault at all, but I would recommend getting a rental car if you can to avoid those interactions.
