โThe accessible suite was perfect, and the pool lift was great to be able to use as well. There were even tables at breakfast that fit a power wheelchair without the armrests hitting like happens with many tables. Definitely recommend to anyone with accessibility needs.โ
โPlace was great! Staff was nice! Was offered a corner upper room, it was wonderful! The downtown area at night is a little sketchy, but all in all the hotel was great!โ
โHouse cleaning needs to be checked behind. Cleaning multiple surfaces with dirty water such as mirrors, bathroom counters, desk and side table. My last 2 visits have shown a noticeable difference. Itโs all about the detail. โ
โCustomer service was amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. I didn't like the maze/obstacle course from the parking garage to the main lobby. Also, thought it strange the pull out bed was sticking straight up out of the couch. It made me think we were in someone else's room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.โ
โThis is our second visit to the Cornerstone Inn and weโll come back again if weโre in the area. Itโs a quaint, clean, well appointed hometown hotel. There are only 7 rooms, weโve stayed in #3 both times. They offer a basic continental breakfast, nothing special. There is a coffee shop next door at street level.
