“I wish I had the name of the lady running the check-in/front desk when we checked in (06/19/2026 at approx 9pm). She was the nicest, most helpful person I have dealt with in a very long time. We got in later than we wanted and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to order from their lounge, made calls for us, just was so polite and helpful. The staff at the lounge/bar were also great. The rooms were clean, and the property seems well maintained. I'd absolutely stay here again and...

“The entire place is under construction and shouldn't even be open and operating! We got in at 3a and were woken to the sounds of hammers at 7a tearing out concert that we then had to walk through. Their website says that they offer breakfast, but due to the construction there was no breakfast, no gym, and no washer/dryers. There was construction materials everywhere which seemed very unsafe for my young children. We also found beer in the freezer that had been left there for who knows how long...

“This hotel might be the “best” in Nebraska City but ughhh it makes me sick the price I paid for this stay. The elevator was broken, there was a shattered window, the beds were hard and the water pressure was non existent. The one thing I will say is the staff were kind and helpful when our tv broke and the breakfast was hot.”
