“Confusing where to park. And one has to pay”

“Lovely grounds and building. The staff, especially Shabila, were welcoming. Shabila is relentless in ensuring that everything is satisfactory. We stayed on a Sunday and so it wasn’t busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We had a good price for the room, so it was excellent value for money. The only suggestion would be to look at the heating in the Pear Tree rooms. It was very hot. ”

“Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only had one meal in the hotel and it was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it’s great.”

“Loved old inn. Staff went over and above to be helpful,dog even had sausage gor breakfast. I found out no lift Expedia said couldn't ca cel without losing my money,when I told them this they said not a problem they would have returned it,again thanks for nothing Expedia. Staff so helpful and helped to get up to bed. Food was to die for had evening meal,lovely fresh cooked menu and breakfast again fabulous. Would recommend and would go again in spite of no lift!”

“We traveled from Cincinnati, Ohio to visit my best friend who lives in Worcester. I sent her a few potential places to help us choose where we should stay and we were so pleased she helped us choose a great place at no.12! We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked...

“Quirky”

“Excellent positioned room overlooking river. Quiet although hotel busy. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Bathroom spacious though back of door not cleaned lately! Staff helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry. Overall very enjoyable stay.”

“Lovely property. Top quality furnishings and well thought out. The large walk-in shower with rain shower head was wonderful. The space was well laid-out and beautifully designed. It felt like a home. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, and in walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again.”
