"This stay is spectacular! The staff are exceptional, food was delicious and the resort is one of a kind. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, waking up to howler monkeys outside our patio in the trees was very memorable. The pools, waterslide and waterfall drop were so much fun. Our stay included breakfast and it didn’t disappoint. I would highly, highly recommend this stay. "

"The in room massage was amazing. The property had many surprising areas to spend time in the sun (pools, hammocks, hot tubs and more). Be prepared to coexist with beautiful exotic birds onsite. Communication at all hours via WhatsApp was very helpful. Would definitely return noting that though walkable to so much in town, the walk isn’t for everyone. The shortest path we took each day is local and unpaved. Recommended for adventurers. Taxis and personal drivers are all cash only so be prepared."

"Staying at this guest house was a truly special experience. Being perched uphill at the top of the mountain, it offers absolutely gorgeous views over the ocean and the bay, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and generous, and the pool was spotless and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend choosing the Mambo bedrooms rather than the Rumba ones, as they felt more comfortable and better located. Keep in mind that the property is set high up in the mountains, so there are a lot of steep stairs and you’ll need a fairly powerful car to get up there. It’s also important to come prepared, there are no dining options or alcohol available on site, so make sure to bring everything you’ll need with you. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful stay away from the crowds, this place is perfect. It’s ideal for chilling on the terrace, doing a BBQ, and just enjoying the views and relaxed mountain atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who value tranquility and scenery."

"We enjoyed our stay. Overall it’s an excellent spot on the edge of town and across from the beach. The rooms need blankets as it’s hard to monitor the ac and we were cold. The hot water in the shower was not hot, just tepid. "
