“Upon check in, we were told right away that one set of elevators weren’t working and the pool was closed. Once we got to our suite, we did not have the extra bedding for the sofa bed. Called down and told them, they said they’d bring it up. Called about 10 min later to also ask for more towels, was told it would be awhile. They never brought it up. “We loved the Black Hawk Hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent as, allowing us to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. We will be back!”

“Enjoyed our stay at the Isle Casino Waterloo. Hottub and pool were very nice. Great location and next to Lost Island waterpark and roller coaster rides. Casino play was OK, but not very exciting. Part of Caesar Casinos. Overall, would stay again on my next visit.”

This was our second time and i don’t know what happened but the hotel is in decline. the exterior doors to front are broken, the back side door doesn’t close or has a rock in it to let anyone in- so it’s not secure, anyone can get into hotel. So keep your doors fully locked. The first room was moldy and mildew with a wet carpet- they said we couldn’t switch as no other rooms- I looked for other...

“Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. The cereal was soggy and some of the sausage was extremely overcooked.”
