"Front desk female was slow but helpful, when my college age daughters checked in later as planned the male at the front desk male couldn't be bothered to give them a key said ``go knock on her door``. Coffee is pretty bad, would prefer to not have breakfast is the cost could be lower. When we got up about 7 am, our one key no longer worked. "Certain staff members were great and they would make great managers of this hotel. The current managers really need to take responsibility and step down and resign. Andy is aJeyill and Hyde mentality personality! He is intoxicated will on the job, swears a lot and is quick to call the police on people and have them kicked out! Days that he is sober he is decent to deal with. The management is been watched throwing peoples mail away!"
