This hotel has become our "go to" favorite when staying in the Cedar Falls area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Safe area. Very friendly staff. A nice pool. Breakfast available in the mornings. Easy to find location not too far off of highway 20. Very close to gas stations.

Very friendly staff. Slight delay with computer on check-in so she upgraded our room for free. I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the Holiday Inn and Suites next door and am very glad we did. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites based on it's beautiful pool and location to UNI and Main Street Cedar Falls. The hotel has comfortable beds, is updated, and in a great location to access Cedar Falls activities. We were expecially pleased with the friendliness of the staff...they certainly were "Iowa nice"!!!

Great basic hotel

This hotel met our needs very well. The service at check-in was great! Room was clean and spacious. I had to go to bed very early to get up and get on the road by 3AM and heard very little noise from the hallways.
