The time I saw my room, which was way different than what I paid for, I was shocked... It was the biggest scam I've ever experienced.
I felt like there was a camera or something shooting my reactions for an upcoming movie, I couldn't believe my eyes.
I cannot describe the hate I feel every time I see Expedia being advertised or the word 'knights'. Despicable. Unacceptable.
And for the record, the floor, the walls, the smell, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the furniture, even the service, this whole business, everything, is totally wrong. Everything was dirty, smelly, smoked (even if I paid extra money for a non-smoking room) and I almost felt like I was in danger because of things that happened and I cannot just report in a comment. Everything wrong.
This place is not for vacation. It is to help people in their difficult chemical moments of their lives.
This was my first and last experience with expedia.
I acknowledge there isn't something wrong with this platform, the problem actually was the property, but this experience, and all the trouble it caused me (financially and psychologically), is unforgettable.
I didn't even stay there, I avoided touching anything. Forget about the money.
* I couldn't understand the scam by their prices. They were pretty normal to me.
