I generally enjoyed my stay. Staff was courteous, room was clean, and the hotel dining option was good. Did have a bit of trouble obtaining my vehicle when I needed it, which added a bit of stress to our departure. The location was excellent, and I would be inclined to stay there again.

I booked my room through Expedia, paid in full. I arrived to the hotel the front desk ladies were not the friendliest. One was arguing with a delivery guy who seemed lost. I was fine with the parking charge & the hold they put on card for property damage, etc. It’s about $321. The front desk didn’t double check that this hotel was already paid for in full. They charged my credit card another $221 because they didn’t ask or double check to make sure this hotel was paid for, they charged me an extra $221. No courtesy call for their mistake, no I’m sorry for the mishap, nothing. But that was not my only issue! The noise level in the hotel was ridiculous. People screaming in the hallways at 9am. Loud noises from housekeeping. Housekeeping banging on the doors with privacy tags on the front. Very disappointed with my stay, the hotel was beautiful, room was clean. Just some minor disappointment. Great location, Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect Spot!

Great hotel, great location! Walkable to so much! The staff was super friendly, rooms were big.beds were comfortable. Its in Old City near the water but very easy acess to everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.
