Clean and nice hotel. Good location. School near by which makes noice early in the morning, but that didn't bother us. Pub Street and restaurants are close. Hotel staff will arrange all tours that you need in afforable price.

Please think twice about staying at this hotel. The room was perfectly ok, however, the breakfast was mediocre. You cannot buy food or anything to drink at the pool until 3pm. There are no pool towels. The worst part however, was when we tried to check out. First, they accused us of having stolen a face towel, which I subsequently found wrapped up in another towel. They also demanded payment because my daughter had cut her foot and a little blood had got on the sheets. They also charged us for the fact that the missing face cloth was dirty because it had been used to clean make up off a face…. In the end they told us we could not leave until we had paid $15 for washing the face towel and the sheet. You will also be charged $100 if you loose a second key. Nothing ‘boutique’ about this hotel.

The hotel and room was clean, and the views were nice, but the room was really worn. Even a simple coat of paint would help. The bones seem good, but it all definitely needs some love. Staff was okay - they seemed a bit overworked and perhaps underpaid? Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was average and comments from others on the elevator were spot on.
