We are thrilled with this find. It’s easy walking distant to all the beach and water stuff. Clean and updated and the best beds and linens. We will stay here for sure next trip into town!

Helpful, attentive staff. Great lobby area, and generous program of snacks and drinks in the evening. Rooms are nice (not spectacular) and clean. Airport shuttle worked efficienty.

the staff was so kind! the dinning was very good the beds were comfortable the decor was good our stay was very enjoyable this is our first time staying at a Drury Inn we will be looking into future stays with this hotel chain

We arrived at the Phoenix Airport late and appreciated having a shuttle from the Drury to pick us up. The hotel was very nice and we were happy that we were able to get some food at the restaurant/bar downstairs. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning without having to leave the hotel.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Hotel is very clean, bed was comfy. Sheets could be softer… They offer free cocktails and some food for free in the evenings. Shuttle service to and from the airport is great. I hadn’t stayed at a Drury Hotel before, but I will now.

My friend and I stayed in 2 separate rooms during our overnight visit. The phones in both rooms were NOT working. In my room the sink did not drain well and I was in a "deluxe" room that did not live up to the name. I was overlooking the pool area and there was a group of people talking and laughing loudly until late into the evening. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place. Arrived to find out they served dinner. Taco bar and drinks. Staff was excellent and so helpful! I usually don’t give a 10 but this definitely was.

Great place to stay. We have stayed two different times at two different properties and we have loved the stay both times. The popcorn scored very high with the little.

Super friendly staff at check in. They have a complimentary Happy Hour with food and drinks. A nice surprise after a long day and drive in from Sedona. Additionally, there’s a free airport shuttle every half hour.

All the staff was excellent except one at check-out. He didn't send up someone to help me with my bags at 5:55 AM (the hallways are carpeted which is great for keeping sound down but not transporting heavy bags on wheels). When I called the front desk, there was no answer. Thus I missed the shuttle but my bill was adjusted, and an Uber called for me so this solution was satisfactory.

The front desk personnel was a little cold, but helpful. The bartender was very good and friendly, as also the shuttle driver to the airport the next morning.

I liked how close it is to the airport as well as offering shuttle service if needed. It has a restaurant inside; breakfast is available.

The staff members, without exception, were friendly, accommodating, courteous and capable. The facilities and amenities were average to above but the staff turned pretty good into great! The location off the interstate and being close to the airport was a big plus, too. I would stay there again.

Excellent staff. Made everything a breeze. They had dinner at the hotel that was included in your stay, as well as breakfast and three free alcoholic drinks per person over 21 in your stay. Loved the atmosphere. Beautiful hotel.

One staff member at night around 9 pm was super inconvenient when waiting to check in. There were several of us waiting on a Friday night. Lots of construction to and from- the hotel, which was challenging using GPS. Breakfast was average and room toiletries were awful.

The staff is wonderful and the evening meal brings everyone down to the lobby in a nice atmosphere. We even found something that met the restrictions of our vegan diet, which was so welcome after a day of travel. The facility itself is showing wear, I found long dark hair in the bathroom, and our window was dirty and smeared. Looked like the result of a quick cleaning with a dirty rag. Ruined the view we had paid for. We would probably stay here again but can’t give them 5 stars.

Staff was professional and courteous. Beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet in spite of the fact we were near the airport! Easy check-in and check-out. Offered complimentary evening snacks and breakfast.
