"Our room was clean and looked like the interior had been refreshed recently. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was great. We wish we had known about it when we arrived at the airport in the late hours. Breakfast wasn't the best continental breakfast, but it did what we needed it to do. I would stay here again if passing through the area and want to be close to the airport."

"We stayed in a suite with 2 outside patios. The furniture outside was not clean. Our room was very clean. It was a very large suite. We found it odd that the only trash can was located in the bathroom. Also the bathroom was only accessible through the private bedroom. Bugs were a problem at both the adult and family pools. All of the food was excellent. "

"Didn’t even know they had a spa felt like people didn’t really want families swimming in the smaller pool only for sunbathing and people reading books they only really wanted families at the water park "

"The staff was exceptional. Very attentive, kind, and helpful. The hotel is charming with its mid-century modern decor. We would gladly stay here again because of the great location and wonderful vibe, but especially because of the service. "

"Airport shuttle was great. I enjoyed pool and hot whirlpool, and restaurant. The walls are a little thin in the rooms on 7th floor. I was glad to not have noisy neighbors. Overall a nice two night stay."

"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"
