"Every staff member I encountered was amAzing! We were there for 4 days, so we saw at least 8 different members, and they were all lovely. Very helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the early checkin was only $25?! We will stay here every time we come to Scotsdale!"

"the room was not very clean with hair all over the place, , the toilet never flushed, it just kept running for the two days I was there. I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. Room service has to be ordered on your phone like uber eats and you have to put your credit card info in every time you order. The service charge on room service is ridiculous and then they want you to tip on top of that. $$$$ Will never stay at this property again."

"It was difficult to find using Waze. Hotel lobby was clean but elevator and hallways were dirty. The rooms were kept up better than other areas. They were doing some outside painting and I guess slowly getting ready for inside. I was not happy about this hotel and after an 11 hour drive, it was too late to change hotels."

"Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer of laundry challenging."
