A solid step down from a decrepit motel 6. Door lock didn’t work to get in with card. Toilet loose. No maid service or replacement towels. AC / heat didn’t work. Basically a dump. Swing by Walmart and grab a can of Lysol and some towels before you check in.

I’m always grateful when I stayed in good places, but this was not the case. Nightmare room with carpet and TV over 30 years old, next day get a newest room but with little cockroach on it, as a guest. The place needs some love.

Checking in was so easy and fast! Natalia at the front desk was so amazing!! Her customer service and her willingness to help was outstanding, especially after our 5 hour drive! She was killin it up there!! Rooms REALLY need an update! We rented two rooms and both were in really bad shape. Refrigerators didn't work and both had a oders.

The room was overpriced for a terrible experience. Upon walking into the room we immediately had to prop open the door because the smoke residue was so strong we had difficulty breathing. Visually, the room was revolting. The carpet was so discolored and covered in stains that we were scared to step on it without shoes. Additional we made the mistake of bringing a black light. The sheer amount of anonymous fluids in the walls, the ceiling, and even inside the fridge was beyond words.

Pictures on website were of a nice looking room. This room was bare. It had 1 very thin blanket nothing to make the room appealing. There was mold in the shower. The bed was old and lumpy. There was an armed guard and checkin was through a bullit proof glass. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

The customer service was okay. The over night receptionist was super friendly and patient. However, the morning receptionist was rude. The beds were okay. Meh at best. Very stiff. The room seemed clean at night, however, we realized in the morning that not only was there a major gap in the door frame but also a hole in the wall between rooms which allowed for small bugs to get in the room. (The room next to us was being renovated.) Overall, it was just fine. We just needed somewhere to sleep for the night but definitely will look for somewhere else in the future as it was on the higher side of “average” for pricing.

For the price, it seemed to be in a safe enough area and efforts to maintain well. The pool and hot tub (which we used) looked well maintained. We assume our room was the least esthetic (the receptionist mentioned, when we asked for a fridge, that we had a low price, and it never came) The room was large and clean. nice large vanity, tub and shower with cheap thin towels, soap and shampoo. No other amenities except and ice bucket and glasses. The floor had several paint drips but clean. The door had a deadbolt, but no other security. No chairs, but it looked as if other rooms had chairs. It was nice to be close to the service room for ice and use of a microwave and laundry. We had a poolside room. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel is just off the 10, so very handy to get to other locations during our 4 night stay.

There is an off duty police officer in the locked lobby at all times. I didn't find a pool on the premise. The bed was very lumpy and the pillows were way too big and firm. Every time you sit on the toilet it runs.

Our pool is located in the center of the property. I will take your concerns about the mattresses, pillows, and toilets to hour housekeeping and maintenance staff so that we may do better for the next guests.Thank you

Front desk was not very accommodating. When I asked for something I was told no pillow at least ignored us. Had to get our towels when we got there at the room they put us in my room room room room, but the service was terrible.

The room was minimally furnished, towels the size of face cloths, bathroom door had graffiti on it, toilet blocked almost immediately, on site staff were either resigned to how crap their hotel is when I informed of the issues or just couldn’t care less. The armed security guard patrolling the premises at night was the icing on the cake… do not stay here

I had picked a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarette. The places was dirty, the beds where so bad, and the bathroom was falling apart. You definitely get what you pay for.
