We’ve stayed at this property twice now and we absolutely love it. It’s the perfect house to spread out, have privacy and relax by the heavenly pool. We did have some trouble communicating with the property management company. I emailed them several times in advance about heating the pool and we were not given direction until we were already there about how to do so. Luckily it was unseasonably warm and the unheated pool was tolerable, however we would have preferred it heated.
I’m not sure if the booking through Expedia made communication extra difficult or if there was a different problem. Bottom line - if you want the pool heated or have other pressing questions, be persistent with your communication. And definitely make sure you ask to have the pool heated well in advance of arrival.
