Hyatt Place North Scottsdale
The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors quite easily. The 3rd floor seems to be the party floor and avoid at all costs. The best part of the stay was the breakfast and the gym. There is a Peloton available in the gym. Nice bar area for a drink and appetizer.

Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley
We drove 3 hours to just have a two great night sleep at Drury's. Breakfast and supper is included with your stay. Plus you get free drinks. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I'm planning to keep going there soon.
