Worst hotel ever experienced. A kinda hut!
Actually, we reserved 3 nights but have no choice but to leave after one night.
1. Management:
- So many big spiders, mosquitos, and other bugs. The spiders we saw in the room are found to be venomous from the internet. We could not sleep because of many mosquitos. We had no choice but to call our tour guide at 4:30 am and asked him to find other good hotels. We left the hotel after having breakfast.
- The bungalow was open last November. But rooms are very dusty. You will see molds in the freezie
2. Breakfast: "cooked-to-order breakfast" is just a poorly cooked fried rice and eggs. It was the most terrible breakfast in Vietnam.
3. Swimming pool: The pool is very muddy; thus you may not see the bottom of the pool. But they simply said that it is the problem of their groundwater.
4. Dishonesty of the Bungalow owners:
- They offer riding service using their own van. But they ask about 40~50% higher ride fee than the regular price. We used it in the first day with 1.2 Million VND. But we found out from other hotel that the regular price is 0.7~0.8 million VND per day.
- Our family planned to have the mud spa, the famous touring item in Phu Quoc. But they say it is not available in the island. Instead, they will introduce us a massage shop they know. They lied to bring us to the massage shop that they are connected.
- They offered us they will cook our dinner with 2 million VND. But it is almost the double price in the regular restaurants in the town.
