가성비는 별로 였어요.
물이 아주 좋지 않습니다. 숙소를 4곳이나 갔는데 여기가 제일 안좋았어요. 그리고 풀장도 깨끗하지 못합니다. 공항 픽업은 방마다 달랐습니다. 그리고 레이트 체크아웃도 방마다 안되는 곳도 있었구요. 그리고 세세한 사항들도 많지만, 참 루프탑은 세금과 봉사료가 많이 붙습니다. 가격만 생각하고 시켰다간 큰일 납니다.

냉장고가 작동되지 않아서 다른 냉장고로 교체했는데도, 시원하지 않았었네요. 매니저가 말하길 지금 다른 냉장고들이 모두 사용중이고, 이것은 원래 냉장고처럼 시원해지는것이 아니니 얼음을 줄테니 얼음넣어서 먹으라 했었네요. 그리고 수영장 시설은 너무 좋은데 수질이 조금 안좋았어요.

시설, 직원친절도은 최상이라고 생각함. 숙소내 층간소음(과할경우), 묵었던 기간동안 주변행사로 인한 소음은 불만 사항임. 조식은 종류는 다양하나 맛있었다고는 하기 힘듬. 호텔주변은 다른호텔들 말고는 도보등으로 가볼만한 현지식당등은 없음

직원들이 엄청엄청 친절해요~ 다들 영어를 잘하셔서 큰 어려움 없이 편하게 지냈습니다. 조식도 맛있고 수영장도 예뻐요. 다만 청결에 조금 문제가 있어요. 세면대 배수구에 붙어있던 머리카락과 찌꺼기들.. 그리고 한번 쓴걸 안치우고 그대로 둔건지 씰링이 벗겨져있던 비누까지ㅜㅜ 조금 찝찝했네요.

아이들과 오래 있기에 매우 좋습니다. Kid pool 을 이용하시는 분은 3000번 빌딩으로 방을 달라고 하면 좋습니다. 식당이 많아 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. JW 로 이동했는데 인터컨티넨탈과 다른 매력이 있지만 인터컨티넨탈도 충분히 너무 좋습니다.

All facilities were modern and clean. The staff were friendly. But in the middle of the hotel inside, there is a big fishbowl, causing awful smell to the entire hotel lobby. And the room, too. When I went into the hotel, the cat smells kept irritating me. Hardware good, but needs to check software.

깨끗하고 조용한 숙소가 맘에 듭니다. 무료 업그레이드까지 받게 되어 진짜 좋았습니다. 다만 식당이 몇 곳 열지 않아 선택의 폭이 좁았습니다. 이외는 만족합니다.

깔끔함. 좋은 어매니티. 수영하면서 석양을 바라볼 수 있는 훌륭한 수영장. 아이들이 정말 좋아하는 슬라이드가 있습니다. 조식도 훌륭합니다. 레지던스룸(2 베드룸)에는 세탁기도 있어서 참 좋았어요.

staff was very friendly, espeasially Maria. SHe was very friendly and heled us in many ways. I think this hotek is really good to family with young kids. It has nice kids cafe and kids swimming pool.
