I would give a 4.5* if I could - overall we loved our stay here, the resort has excellent facilities for families - we loved the water park (adults included) and the games/arcade room which was perfect to end the night or escape the sun!
Couple of things that docked points - depending on where your villa is, you have to order a buggy to pick you up. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes you’re waiting up to 7-10mins - that was a tad frustrating esp with a toddler. Also the accessibility around the pool to restaurant / bathroom is only one bridge over the pool, so if you’re on the other side it’s quite a walk - they should have QR codes or staff at different check points to order from. The main room and second room are on opposite ends of the villa, so not ideal if you have young kids, our toddler ended up sleeping in our room and the kitchen space is also separate which isn’t ideal - so layout is a bit off but not a deal breaker!
Otherwise the rooms were great! Loved having the private pool too!
