Ocean pearl has a great breakfast buffet and amazing pool and a good location off the Main Street also it’s not that far walk from the beach. Has bus stop right in front for trips to sunworld. Only thing I had an issue with was the room I booked I didn’t receive and what I got was pretty small. Other then that great hotel

Fantastic place to stay. Centrally located. Staff are attentive, friendly and courteous. Amenities are fantastic and breakfast is above standard. I would recommend a family to stay here as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is very good. The menu changes everyday. Food Is excellent. The hotel is centrally located worn walking distances to many shops, cafe, restaurants, spas etc.

The property for the most part was good. The front desk staff doesn't speak english so come prepare with a translator. The beds are extremely hard it feels like you are sleeping on wood pallets. I think the room price should be under $80 a night. The location is great!

The room was always clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff's work. As for the rest of the staff, they should be trained in customer service. Nobody says good morning or good night, or even smiles at anyone. This made me feel like they work under a lot of pressure.

Fabulous

This is a super clean friendly hotel Great check in Good English speaking receptionists which was good as I speak no Vietnamese I’m trying but it’s hard The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was faultless I highly recommend this place if in Phu quoc and it’s literally 2 or 3 min walk too beach

Overall the room was clean. Staffs are friendly. Check in very fast not wait for too long. Although check in time at 2 but they let us check in as early as 12pm. Please call check in with them to see if they have room available to check in early... Do not wait till check in time

Under all kritik. Vi är mycket besvikna på denna vistelse. Personalen har ett mycket dåligt bemötande och borde få utbildning i hur man behandlar gäster. Redan vid incheckningen uppstod problem. De hade ingen koll på vår bokning och bad oss ta fram alla uppgifter själva, samtidigt som personalen stod och skrattade och tuggade tuggummi. När jag lämnade över mitt pass tittade personalen på det, visade det för en kollega och skrattade. När jag frågade vad som var roligt fortsatte de bara att skratta. Väldigt oprofessionellt och obehagligt. Rummen är okej men långt ifrån fräscha. Vi hittade både hår i badrummet och kryp. Städningen var slarvig varje gång rummet gjordes i ordning. Personalen hälsar inte, även när man själv säger hej. Under frukosten kände man sig utstirrad, och personalen tog bort tallriken trots att man inte ätit färdigt. Vi har aldrig sett någon i personalen le. Vi ångrar att vi lade pengar på detta hotell och kommer inte att återvända.

Rummet var smutsigt, trots ”städning” dagligen så var det väldigt äckligt. De glömde även fylla på toalettpapper, handdukar osv. Det enda positiva med hotellet skulle jag säga var platsen det låg på samt delar av frukostbuffén. Extremt lyhört.
