Food Options are limited - also outside a basic pool, not a lot of kids activities. Made it difficult to kill time for a family with 3 little kids. easy access to the beach, but it wasn't very clean.

NICE INTERIOR AND LAYOUT. SUITABLE FOR FAMILY HOLIDAY AND VERY RELAXING BUT THE KITCHEN REQUIRES ADDITIONAL FEES TO USE..... THIS WAS NOT LISTED AT TIME OF BOOKING AND WE WERE ONLY INFORMED UPON ARRIVAL.

The property is still under construction. Only 16 villa are done so you will hear hammers banging at 7am in the morning. Stayed 4 nights. Pro: 1. The villa itself is nice and clean. 2. Private pool was great. But you have to call the reception to send someone to turn on the jacuzzi every time you want to turn it on. You cannot turn it on yourself. 3. The employees were very nice and accommodating. 4. We got our own villa because we had 8 people. But beware, if you are just booking for 2 people, you will be sharing a room in a villa with strangers. Con: 1. There is nothing near by, no restaurant, nothing. You have to take a taxi into town (160,000 Dong each way $7usd). 2. The resort (not really a resort) doesn’t offer any spa service. 3. They have a hall that serve a buffet breakfast. The same hall turns becomes a restaurant for lunch and dinner but it does not feel like a restaurant. 4. The bar on the beach is ghetto looking. I don’t think they built it yet and what is there looks like a temporary thing. 5. They counted the number of utensils in the kitchen and we had to sign for it. It was such a weird expensive. Basically you are responsible for every single spoons, forks or chopsticks that goes missing. I have never ever deal with anything remotely like this before. 6. There is no community pool so the only time you swim is in your own private pool. 7. The ocean water was not swim-able. 8. The entrance/exit to the hotel still needs to be renovated.

빌라를 단독으로 쓰지 않습니다. 모르는 사람들과 공유해야 합니다.

빌라를 모르는 사람들과 공유해서 사용해야 하는 시스템이다. Hotels.com 한국어 예약 페이지에서는 그런 이야기가 없어서 당연히 혼자 사용할 줄 알고 방 1개짜리 빌라로 예약 한 것으로 생각하고 방문했다. 하지만, 빌라에 방은 5개였고, 모르는 사람들과 공유해야 하는 시스템이었다. 그런것에 대해서 예약시에 고지가 없었다고 항의하니, 담당 직원이 영문 홈페이지에는 있으므로, 예약한 사람 책임이라고 하였고, 아무런 조치를 취해 주지 않았다. 한국어 예약 홈페이지에 이런 정보가 없어서 잘 못 되었다고 하니 이번에는 자기들 잘못이 아니라고 주장하였다. 그건 Hotels.com이 잘못 한거라고 하여서 더욱 황당하였다. 그리고, 저녁에 빌라에 들어가니 중국 여성 분들과 빌라를 공유해야 하였는데, 이분들은 한시간 넘게 큰소리로 전화를 하여서 도저히 쉴 수 있는 환경이 아니었다. 이렇게 불쾌한 경험은 처음이었다.

해변이 가깝고 풀빌라여서 맘껏 수영할수 있어요. 시내도 그랩으로 10분정도 거리이고 공항에서도 가까워요. 현지인들도 많습니다. 해변의 노을이 정말 멋집니다. 아침도 잘 나와요

Khu villa 3pn của tôi ở sát khu vực thi công dãy cuối cùng. Tôi ở từ t6 đến chủ nhật tuy nhiên đôi thi công làm việc ko ngừng nghỉ. Tôi ko biết mình đang đi nghỉ mát ở 1resort 4* hay 1 khu công trường với tiếng động từ hàn, cắt, đục bê tông ầm ỹ suốt ngày nữa. Thật tệ.

1.客房服務的品質很差 ，所有服務只到晚上10點，如果要冰塊 需要付費5萬元越盾一次，而且不提供杯子，好奇怪 2.硬體設施還行，有美麗的海灘，可是員工態度差，素質不夠，記得下塌渡假村的第一天，與朋友坐在沙灘上，正準備喝香檳，看著大堂吧檯邊上有玻璃杯，順手借了4個，卻被值班主管制止，真是大傻眼.... 3.感覺上甚麼都要錢，不舒服

시설이 깨끗하고 넓으며 좋습니다. 다만, 3명의 가족이 방 1만을 쓰기엔 킹 침대 1대 뿐이어서, 방 2개를 예약하고자 했으나 그렇게 예약할 수가 없어서 방을 3개나 예약했습니다. 예약 당시 주방을 사용할 수 있다고 조건에 되어 있었는데, 숙소 측에서 사용 못하게 해서 실망스러웠습니다. 며칠 있는 동안 공사 소음이 심했습니다. 주변에 공사를 많이 하고 있었고, 매점 등의 간단한 편의시설이 하나도 없어서 택시를 타고 나가야 했습니다. 빌라에 있는 개인 풀은 매우 작아서 수영을 즐기는 사람들보다는 어린이 동반 가족들에게 좋을 듯 합니다. 메인 풀은 없고, 뷔페식당 바로 앞이 바다여서 뷰는 매우 좋습니다. 선셋을 즐기며 칵테일 한잔 하기 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 이렇게 친절한 분들을 여행하면서 처음 봅니다.
