깜짝 놀랠정도로 화가 났어요. 1. 체크인직원 부재로 한참동안 부르다 기다림. 2.복도마다 죽은 벌레들이 많음. 3. 열쇠는 카드키가 아니고 그냥 수동열쇠 4. 침대시트가 오염이 심해서 눕기가 힘듬. 5. 에어컨끄고 있으면 문을 닫고 있는데도 어디선가 모기와 벌레들이 나타나서 에어컨을 끄지 못함. 6. tv화면이 잘 안나옴,tv보기 포기 공항가기전에 4시간정도 잠깐 머물려고 한건데 숙박을 했으면 어쩔뻔 했을까 할정도로 최악의 숙소 두번다시 여기는 가지 않을 것임.

Was a little thrown off when cab went down a shady looking road. I actuality it was only a short drive from Main Street. Staff was great. Breakfast was not worth getting up for. Would I stay there again? Definitely.

Great little hotel with the best location. Right near beach and in middle of awesome little strip with great restaurants. Rooms cozy and bathrooms spacious and clean. Great breakfast included rooftop bar. Will be back.

Hotellet var rent och propert. Receptionen var bemannad hela dygnet men det var svårt med engelskan. Rummet städades och bäddades varje dag. Nya handdukar varje dag. Badlakan till stranden ingick också. Bra airkondtion. Fin balkong med bra stolar. Frukosten var enkel men rejäl. Det var billigt att lämna in tvätt på hotellet. Hotellet var tyst och ingen störande trafik. Det var bara 10 minuter att gå ner till en jättebra strand med en bra bar alldeles nere vid stranden. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.

Great location. That's it.

First of all, this is nothing more than a hotel. Nothing more. Calling it a resort is deceiving. just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach with a few great restaurants and Rory's Beach Bar near by. The staff were friendly. The free breakfast was cooked to order and was ok. The bedroom smelled like sewage which I'm guessing was coming up from the shower drain. My room was only cleaned once over a 3 night stay. There was all sorts of rubbish under the bed. The shower took 3 to 5 minutes of flowing to warm up. The refrigerator turned off each time you left the room rendering it useless unless you stayed in the room for a prolonged period time (your beer would be cold by breakfast). There are better options in the same price range.

Good clean hotel

Had a lovely second floor sea view room which was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a bit of a let down but as we wasn't expecting breakfast anyway I suppose I should let that slide. Overall very good. There is a restaurant adjacent caller Areca which i highly recommend.

Good location, just off the beach so prices are reasonable but only a 5 minute walk away. Great location for access to multiple restaurants. Staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful towards guests. Rooms are kept very clean by housekeeping staff, despite all the sand tracked up from the beach. ATMs only minutes away if required.

good hotel - good location

I watched this hotel being built 18 months ago when I last visitied Phu Quoc. No food available at hotel however, nearby there are some good restuants and cafes. Rory's Bar is just a 3 minute walk away.

Fräscht hotell med bra omgivning

Incheckning med T&T gick smidigt och rummet var i mycket gott skick. Det ligger väldigt bra till ca 5 minuter från stranden och nära till vägen ifall man vill ta en taxi någon annanstans. Frukost ingick inte men när finns många bra alternativ, som klassisk egg & bacon eller franska croissants. De flesta ställen öppnar vid 9. Hotellet utmärkte sig mest då min flickvän blev magsjuk och vi missade vårt flyg och tvingades stanna en extra natt. De va väldigt förstående och lät oss både få gratis vatten samt sa att de inte skulle debitera oss för den ytterligare natten.

Wonderful spot by the beach

This hotel was perfect for a beach vacation. I booked the budget room but got upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony, king size bed and nice big shower. This hotel is literally 2 mins away from the beach, which is super convenient. The only downsides are that there is no breakfast served at the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby but they are a little overpriced. The hotel also doesn't have any designated chairs on the beach so you have to find ones not belonging to another hotel that you can pay for - or just use one of the beach towels! Great WiFi, aircon, cleanliness, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Nice hotel, the beach is just around the corner. Friendly staff and good service. But wifi is slow and shower water is weak. No breakfast but many restaurants nearby.
