"Restaurant great, good value, staff fantastic. Spa great, staff amazing. Gym only used once was adequate. Reception not helpful. Street noise ridiculous from a local bar, open past when it should have been, screaming every night- 11.30- 2am weekdays, past 4 am on weekends. Staff wouldn’t relocate me, despite me paying for a suite. "

"The hotel is in a super convenient spot near the big shopping centre, Central Phuket. It’s also within walking distance to a spa, nail salon, laundry shop, a bunch of restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely, but I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get the 30% birthday month discount at the hotel restaurant because I didn’t mention it when ordering. That was actually the main reason we ate there for breakfast and dinner, but oh well."

"The property is amazing, the rooms clean and the hospitality was out of this world! Everybody on site was so accommodating and lovely!"

"The staff is AMAZING & very helpful! But the Property was extremely old and outdated for the price I paid, there’s ants everywhere in my room, doors don’t completely seal closed so a few nights I had to fight with lizards as well. Mold everywhere throughout the hotel and the pictures are nothing what the place looks like in person. The shower pressure is great and spacious. Wasn’t happy or pleased with the whole outlook of the place."
