전반적으로 만족! 시트나 수건이 얼룩이 있는 경우가 종종 있어서 위생에 민감한 사람들은 피하는게 좋을 것 같다. 수영장도 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되고 있었고 조식이 특히 맛있어서 만족스러웠음.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 서비스 대응이 빠릅니다. 식당까지 가는게 조금 멀다는 단점도 있지만, 가는 길이나 카트 운영이 잘 되어있어 어렵지 않습니다. 식당이 두곳 있는데, 두곳 모두 시간이 오래 걸립니다.

호텔내 계단으로 되어져 있어 휠체어나 유모차 이동이 불편 합니다. 5성급 보단 4성급 객실 정도 입니다. 아침 조식에 메뉴는 다양 합니다 하지만 태국 현지 음식 보단 인도 음식으로 구성,특별히 맛있는 조식은 아니였습니다. 직원들 친절합니다 언어 소통은 매우 훌륭 합니다. 시내 까지 이동은 무료로 제공 되나 One-way 만 제공 하는건 이해 할수 없었습니다.

푸켓에 다시 간다면 아마리로~
전용해변이 있어 썬배드에서 휴식도 좋았고, 호텔 내 제티 포인트까지 오솔길도 좋고 여기서 스노쿨링도 함. 라차섬만큼 깨끗하진 않지만 물고기도 많이 봄. 로비 아래층 샵에서 스노쿨링 장비 150밧에 빌려줌. 동양인이 거의 없고 직원들 친절함. 객실도 깨끗하고 주방용품 갖추어져 있고 특히 전망이 뛰어남. 야외 해변가 넓은 조식 부페 좋았음. 버기 부르면 3분이내에 오고 빠통 정실론에 무료셔틀 5~10분거리, 돌아올땐 200밧에 툭툭이 이용함.

시설도 굉장히 깔끔하고 조식도 종류도 다양하고 맛있습니다. 기본으로 제공되는 서비스(조식 수영장 기타 서비스) 모두 만족 입니다. 나중에도 푸켓에 오면 이용하고 싶네요.

푸켓 최고 리조트
바다전망인 것 뿐만 아니라 숙소앞에 바로 비치가 있음. 리조트 곳곳에 쉴 수 있는 선베드가 있어서 쉬기 편했고 2개인 수영장도 좋았음. 걸어서 빠똥 다운타운까지 10분도 안걸림. 조식 무난했고 Rim talay 와 La grita 의 식사도 좋았음. La grita staff 들이 무척 친절했음. 비행시간 때문에 체크아웃 후 리조트에 오래 머물러야했는데 Voyager lounge 가 매우 유용했음. 다시 푸켓에 간다면 또 아마리에 가고싶음

아쉬운 서비스 정신
숙소의 컨디션은 훌륭한 편이나 호텔 내 이동 및 호텔주변을 돌아보려면 차로 이동해야하는 불편함. 친절한 직원들의 태도는 만족스러운 편이었는데, 체크인 후 크게 실망하게 되었다. 체크아웃 후 머무를 라운지가 있다는 것이 이 호텔의 장점이라 생각하고 선택하였는데, 정작 라운지는 관리하는 직원도 없이 소파에 누워 자고, 시끄럽고, 편안히 머무를만한 공간이 되지못했다. 그리고 이곳에 샤워시설이 갖춰져있다고 오후에 샤워를 하려고 했을 때 안내받은 샤워실은 화장실.이었다. 정말 충격젹이었다. 화장실 한 칸에 샤워시설이 되어있었는데,,,,아 정말이지 이건 문화의 차이도 아니고 할말을 잃음. 그리고 저녁에 시푸드부페를 호텔내 레스토랑에서 에약하여 라운지에서 버기카를 요청했을 때, 걸어가라고.했다. 너무나 당황스러웠다. 호텔에서 4박을 이용하는 내내 너무나 신속하고 친절하게 버기카를 부를 수 있었는데 말이다. 체크아웃했으니 더이상 고객이 아니라는 의미로밖에 받아들일 수 없었는데, 이 호텔의 서비스 정신은 여기까지구나라 생각되었다. 그리고 다시한번 요청하여 우여곡절 끝에 버기카를 이용할 수 있었던 것은 그로부터 15분이 지나서였다. 비교적 괜찮은 선택이라 믿었던 호텔에 대한 인상은 체크아웃하고나서 완전히 무너졌다.

푸켓에서 조용하고 편하게 쉬고 싶다면
슈페리어더블룸으로 예약을 했는데 스위트로 업그레이드를 해주셔서 기분좋게 휴가를 시작할 수 있었어요. 그런데 편의시설들이 너무 멀리 있어서 다음날에는 룸은 작지만 가까운 곳으로 옮겨달라고 했더니 친절히 바꿔주시더라고요. 무엇보다도 파도소리를 들으면서 쉴 수 있는 곳입니다.

My wife rated it as a place I would like to visit
It was a wonderful experience for me. The scenery was beautiful and the staff was friendly. However, after the late checkout request and payment, it was not processed properly and I was asked to leave. It was a good hotel except that the shuttle bus only goes out to the city and there is no shuttle to the hotel. My wife rated it as a place I would like to visit again.

We are on day 20 of a 30 day Asian vacation and fortunate to have the Amari for 7 of those days. Upgrade to the club level. It’s worth the extra money. The pool that is shown in the marketing is the club pool and only available if you upgrade. There are two other pools but neither of them are as nice as the club level pool. There is a happy hour every day with free food and drinks. In addition, there is a private gym and restaurant, only for club level members. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Don’t worry about the buggies and getting around the property, we never waited more than a few minutes to get up and down the hill. For the money, the Amari is a home run. Luxury at the fraction of the cost in a similar property in the US. It’s a short walk in to town, or take a tuk-tuk for $6. There was always one waiting at the lobby. There are two other pools, an amazing Italian restaurant and room service was great. The people working here bend over backward to make sure everything is just right. Thank you Amari!

The Amari is a first class resort. Beautiful property with private beach. I stayed in a condo at the top of the hill. The only downside is you need a cart lift to get to and from your room. So everything requires a bit more planning and time.

We are really pleased with our experience at Amari Phuket. This is a huge resort spread over a large hilly area. This means that rooms are located on hills and it is not easy to stroll upto your room. You need a transport and it is provided by the hotel. We never had to wait very long for transport inside the resort. The resort is really beautiful. It is located just at the end of the main patong beach area and well secluded from traffic. The views from the room are excellent. Within the resort there is a small private beach. A jetty with a restaurant, seaside restaurant for the breakfast and other meals and a sea side bar. Plenty of facilities including a tailoring shop. We had a great time. You can relax a lot in this resort. They also lookafter you after you checkout by prividing lockers and rest room facilities until you are ready to leave. Staff work extremely hard to do things for you. They never say no. Just to be mindful that english is not there first language and there can sometimes communication challenges but they do their best. We feel it was great value for our money. Infact it exceeded our expectations. We will be happy to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing including breakfast which is very rare. Staff really nice and helpful. Only down side to our stay was the room was a bid dated. A shower over the bath and water everywhere let it down a little, but that was just our room. The hotel is located on a steep hill and the hotel only offers transfers into the centre 3 times a day. This could have been more regular given the steep hill. Overall an excellent hotel and stay

They said 5 stars Hotel, but Not sure about it. They don't upgrade you even when the room is available. you need transformation from lobby/ restaurant/pool to your room. It will take 6 min ride to come from your room to lobby. Front desk people are not helpful, they just do minimum job. They never trained to handle 5 stars hotel.

BEWARE,,, its a very inconvenient place to stay,, ALL STEPS everywhere and how hassle it is to call for bugby to go up to ur room because its like 100 meters up the hill,,, if u are 50 yrs old and older DO NOT STAY HERE. at first i book a room with balcony but since i have a VIP perks i got automatic upgrade to a 1 bedroom suites which are all soo far from all the amenities close to the lobby,,, what a mistake. MY HUSBAND has to book a different hotel because of how hard it is to go up and down the hill. He book a hotel at Patong beach where he can walk everywhere . it would have been better if we stayed the room with balcony which are closer to the lobby. the hotel is pretty and everything but EVERYONE that was on that 1 bedroom suites were all COMPLAINING just like us because we were on the same buggy or bugby to go up the hills,,, it was a disaster! BEWARE on those 10 on the comments, this hotel is not for everyone!

We did not eat at La Gritta the Italian Restaurant but the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff are on their toes and very friendly.

My stay was excellent. I was a bit discouraged at first because we were reserved and accepted the cost for early check in but upon arrival at the hotel no room was available for us. Going forward I would book the night before arrival just to be sure. Our room was perfectly nestled beach front. Stunningly calm views of the sea in the mornings. Breakfast service was fantastic. Wife selection of everything you can imagine and the staff in all places was amazing! So friendly. Laundry service was a bit more expensive at the hotel than other locations but still very affordable. The added convenience for pick up and delivery to your room while you’re out enjoying your holiday is well worth the extra. I visited the spa the last day of my trip and it was a huge mistake. My experience was so wonderful that I would surely make time to go often during my next stay. For dinner I only dined at the resort once. We went to La Gritta for a birthday dinner. The food was great, the service was cordial but not quite friendly. They also forgot to serve the cake I requested and confirmed the night before. Over all I loved my stay and would return.
