Goodday Peter, Thanks for your review. At time of you checking in YOU admitted your previous cancellation might have caused confusion. I do not do favour, I simply hate leaving people alone and sleeping under the stars We managed to give you a de-luxe twin room (the one you booked and was available at time of you checking in) The noise was generated by the engine pumping water into the refrigeration system of Family Mart next door. This may have caused some problems the first two days, BUT, since we spoke and complained with Family Mart, on 30/12, problem was solved and not more noise. Same day, our House keeper confirmed to you problem solved. It means the last three or four nites you should not have had any problem at all and sleep well. Am not playing games, this is pure business, it is called hospitality business, show me the camel, pay for the camel.

Thank you for your comments As explained to you,our hotel had a problem because there were road works not far from us and they cut the water supply off several times that week. With no water supply in our cistern, the pump did not work properly and no enough power to push water up to second and third floor. We are sorry for any inconvenience you had but, please understand, it was a problem behind our control. Best Regards
