금액 대비 비추, 객실은 모던한 스타일이고 무난한 타입, 수영장은 작고 놀기에는 별로.. 이 정도 금액에 서비스에 시설이면 다른데로 가는게 나을거 같아요..

Price was reasonable
Far from kamaly beach ~ 15min walk. Infinite pool was good. Breakfast was soso. Best thing was no children in that hotel. Room and bed were good. Staffs were not good

푸켓에는 이정도가격대에 좋은호텔이 굉장히 많습니다ㅡ 케이프시에나는 전반적으로 이가격대에서 정말추천할만한 호텔입니다. 직원들의 전반적인 서비스나 각종 편의시설 객실상태 또한좋습니다ㅡ 그러나 까말라비치라는 위치는 각종 투어 및 빠통시내로의접근성이다소떨어집니다 대신 호텔내 셔틀이있으니 어느정도 상세되어집니다ㅡ 시설은 지어진지 조금되어 아주조금 낡은 느낌이 나기시작하지만 대체로 잘관리되고잇습니다 그럼다들즐거운 여행되시길!

황홀한 바다
먼저 호텔을 둘러싼 풍경들이 너무 아름다웠어요. 직원들은 너무나 친절했고, 너무 편안하고 안락한 침구덕에 집에오기 싫을 정도였어요. 해변에서 거리가 좀 있지만 걷기에 먼 정도는 아니라 좋았네요 푸켓이 다시가고싶어지는 이유 중 케이프시에나도 한몫합니다 다음에도 가고싶네요

방은 그럭저럭 괜찮음...근데 호텔 규모가 작아서 그런지 직원인원이 너무적어 메인풀에서 음식 주문시 직원을 한참 찾아야 함....직원들이 매우 신경질적이고 인상을 쓰며 주문받고 비치타월 빌릴때 타월랜트용 카드 제시해야 하고 불편함...메인풀도 작고 조식의 다양성도 없음...가격도 비싼편인데 정말 별로임 여기보단 칼리마 쪽으로 가시는게....도심에서 노실려면 저렴하고 시설좋은 센시시호텔에서 묶으시길.....

This hotel seats on a hill and it is about 5 min cab ride to Kamala Bay, they offer shuttle service from the hotel to the beach but you have to reserve the time. Walking from the hotel to the bay is not far, but it is not that safe as there is not really sidewalks. The view from the pool, restaurants and some rooms are incredible. Food is good but pricey compared to regular food in Thailand. But prices are similar as USA restaurants. My room was clean and had a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the bay. My husband and I went there for our anniversary and this hotel was great with good A/C. We got the breakfast added but we really only used it twice. The rest of the days (4) we had to leave early for excursions to Phi Phi islands and the pick up time for that is 4:40 am or so. We were gone the whole day. When we came back we had dinner at the hotel and really yummy food and cocktails. All was very good. The staff were nice for room service, concierge but kind of busy at the reception area. The pool has an infinity hot tub and a pool surrounded by chairs and chaise lounges. There is a roof top terrace and bar for an evening drink. If you go up there I recommend to dress up a little.

We loved our stay at Cape Sienna! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone put great effort into making sure we were happy and well taken care of. We would definately recommend to anyone heading to Phuket, and if we ever get the chance to go again, we would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I loved the room and the pool area. Some of the staff seemed like they didn’t like us or want to deal with us. Our phone in the room didn’t work and the volume on the tv didn’t work which stunk cause we were there for 2 weeks. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was clean. The food was not that good. I would give the food 5 out of 10. And be aware the laundry there is super expensive. We paid $265 USD just for laundry that was done 4 times.

Good hotel for its price range. Some parts a little”tired”. The staff were friendly but could have been more proactive. The Sienna Rocks Cafe was excellent with very good staff and the best part of the hotel. The location is excellent as is the view. The breakfast was good and range of restaurant food/choices good. Kamala Beach is a great location.

The wife and I loved the ability to have such a clean and beautiful property to stay at while also being able to walk the area and experience some true Thai culture. Could not have been more happy with the resort from the moment we stepped foot in it. Will absolutely refer it to friends and family.

We stayed here for 3 nights to end our honeymoon. Truly beautiful hotel, rooms are good size (we stayed in the honeymoon suite), staff is very friendly and accommodating & the location is prime. My only suggestion is that the buffet breakfast should be included in the rate per night.

A beautiful property with a stunning view. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We had a slight wait for check in, but we did not mind. Rooms were bright, airy and clean, and again we had a beautiful view of the beach. The hotel is situated on a hill, so the walk up may be difficult for some but we found it pretty easy. 7/11 nearby was very convenient. 5 minute walk to Kamala Beach and other nearby restaurants. A great selection of food and juices at breakfast. We tried the Vanilla Sky Bar several times for dinner and cocktails; a bit pricey but did not disappoint and presentation was always stunning. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Cape Sienna. The views from the lobby and the sea view room is breath taking. Check in was smooth and staff were friendly the whole time. If you’re into relaxing and staying at a hotel, this place is gorgeous for that but we like to explore on vacation and while Kamala beach looks close by but it’s a 10 minute walk down a hill and we ended up paying for tuktuk for a ride back. My only feedback is although staff are kind, the service can be better. We requested plates and cutlery to our room and it never came to our room so we ate straight from our food containers (ordered takeaway food). No big deal for us but it left us waiting for a while. Overall a nice stay if you like something more lowkey and quieter

Overall it was great! My only complaint was the Isole restaurant. All plates ordered were not available. We had to cancel the order in the end and went to another one.

Just wasn’t what it said on the tin. A long uphill walk back to the hotel every day and night. Service in both pool bars was very poor. Very Limited pool sun beds for the size of the hotel Rooms were nice but showers need some attention. Would we stay again? I very much doubt it.
