예전 신행때 갔고 이번에 방문한건데 파통에 비해 너무 조용하고 특히 이ㄴ도 사람 없어서 너무 좋았어요. 서양 사람들이 많아요. 바로 잎에 카론비치 있고 조식도 나름 괜찮고 조용히 지내다 오실분들은 강추에요~ 풀 억세스 이용하시면 발코니 앞에 바로 수영장입니다~

Easy access to Karon Beach!!!
Hotel located just 5mins from Karon Beach and Karon Plaza. Quite place, some nice restaurants near, 15mins walk to Main street of Karon. Room is perfect definitely recommend pool access room!!! But breakfast was soso... Not too bad & not good. 5분 거리의 해변과 카론 프라자가 가까움. 카론의 메인거리까지 걸어서 15분 이며 카론 지역의 특성상 전체적으로 조용함. 호텔 주변의 괜찮은 마사지샾과 식당이 여럿있어서 좋았음. 조식은 나쁘진 않았으나 기대하지 않는 것이 나을듯함.

풀엑세스 룸 넓고 좋아요
50%할인 행사할 때 6박했는데 가격대비 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 우선 방이 무지 넓고, 침대도 크고 데이베드가 있어서 어린이 동반 3인숙박시 문제 없구요.. 욕실도 무지 넓고 럭셔리해요.. 노보텔있다고 옮겨왔는데 방이 훨씬 크고 좋아요. 당연히 풀로 바로 들어가니 수영장이용하기 좋구요. 조식은 보통.. 주변에 상가 많이 있어서 나가기 좋구요. 센탄까지 무료셔틀있으나 쇼핑센터에서 나온차라서 그건 좀 불쾌햇어요(가게 한군데 들렀는데 크게 바가지는 아니고 물건 몇개 사긴 했지만). 같은 가격이면 재방문 용의도 있어요~

I loved the bathroom,and that some rooms had outdoor showers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very pretty.

コロナ後3年振りでした。 3年前のスタッフ、朝のバイキング料理等 かなり変化がありました。 10回ぐらいは利用しているので、スタッフの対応の質と料理の種類が少なくなっていたので残念な感じでした。 ただ、大好きなホテルなので、久しぶりに満喫させてもらいました。

Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms are a bit hit and miss. Some rooms can do with bit more airing other areas are under reno. Breakfast is fresh and sufficient variety. Would recommend Serene wing.

Best part about this hotel is the location! Easy beach access beautiful beach to the front of hotel & an array of restaurants and bars & temple with night market to the rear.. hotel is getting old and tired could do with a refresh, noisy old fridge in the room and air conditioning unit that sounded like an aircraft taking off, and alas on the last day they tried to sting me for a beach towel in which of course i hadnt taken, the maid had cleaned away and not refreshed … good hotel for the price location even better! But not brilliant facilities

Convenient location and well designed spaces. Pool is beautiful but could do with expanded evening hours for dip as weather is quite humid and suitable for night swims.The gym and ping pong combined room should allow windows to be opened particularly as AC is off or not working most of the time. Having combined spaces restricts use of ping pong table if someone is walking the treadmill. The AC in our room was very noisy even at low fan - no choice but to have it on at night as room became stuffy without air. We tried sleeping with balcony doors open but mossies made it difficult plus it was more warm and humid. Minor hiccups in otherwise beautiful stay. Due to pandemic its a panned down breakfast and room service and that is understandable for the amount of guests. Most of the shops are just beginning to reopen getting ready for the return of tourists. We found it peaceful, refreshing and lovely place as always. Will stay again.

Deluxe pool access room was extremely large and comfortable, bed was hard but staff were happy to assist by adding a mattress topper. The pool area infront of block 3 (especially rooms 3101 and 3102) needs to be cleaned better as water had a slimy film on it on a few days, which caused me to slip on steps and cut my knee and hurt my foot but I will commend management on offering assistance to take me to hospital and cover expenses, which I declined so manager Dan attended to cleaning, disinfecting and bandaging my knee himself, which I was very grateful of. Security guards at Beach end were extremely friendly and helpful with advice, it was such a pleasure to be greeted by them everyday and have a little chat. Location of hotel is great, with restaurants, 2 mini marts and a few shops and spas in the lane leading from beach end to hotel.

Staffs need to have more training how to treat and take care of the guests while check in and check out ,and also lack of skills to communicate like the others 4 hotel stars do - Need to improve. Breakfast taste is very ordinary and boring. I have to ask more food to replenish due to there is nothing left if you com to have breakfast late.

The room size is large but thats about it. The mattress hard needed topper. Airon made rattling noise needed repairing, condensation from aircon dripped onto the floor needed towels to mop up. Into the package added a bath which you could not use as it need a step to get into it (boxed in) didn't try it as I gathered if I had to get out of the bath after soaking in it it would be very hard to get out as 2 windows surrounding and a small edge very dangerous.

よいホテル、しかし清掃は最低レベル
5/4深夜着でしたが、スムーズにチェックインできました。自室の洗面室に入ると洗面台に白髪を4本発見。テンションがだだ下がりでした。翌朝も洗面台角に複数の白髪を見つけ、このホテルを選んだことを後悔しました。その後、終日外出、部屋に戻るとタオル交換とベットメイクはしてありましたが床の髪の毛（自分のです。）が清掃されていませんでした。掃除が雑すぎます。毎日こんな感じだろうかと思っていたら、翌日はきちんと清掃されており、洗面台も床も髪は落ちてなかったです。担当が替わったのか、こうも違うのかと思いました。ホテルの施設には満足しています。シノワルームでしたが、広さ充分、自分の宿泊階からプールにアクセス可能で便利でした。朝食は品数、味とも充分でした。スタッフ、守衛さんともすれ違えば笑顔で挨拶してくれたり話しかけてくれました。チェックアウトは夜で空いていたのに、手間取り待たされたので改善が必要かと思います。ホテルの前は飲食店、マッサージ店、ＡＴＭがあり、治安面でも安心でした。パッタイ170バーツ、ガパオライス190バーツで高いと思いましたが、リゾート価格でしょうか。ホテルから提携レストランの10％割引券をもらったので利用したところ、実際には端数切上げられて、342バーツのはずが350バーツ請求されました。別の店ではハッピーアワーでドリンクが割引と看板に出ていたのに定価で請求され、絵はがきを出すため切手を買ったら額面より高い金額を支払わされていました。日本人だからぼられたとは思いたくないですが、残念です。その場で確認したり、言えばよかったです。マッサージ店も利用しましたが、そこは良心的でした。400バーツのコースでしたが、丁寧でキッチリとした仕事ぶりでした。チップを70バーツ支払うと、こちらが恐縮するほど喜んでくれました。ガイドブックでチップ必須みたいなことが載っていましたが、チップを支払う客は少ないのかもしれません。私はパトン地区には泊まったことがないのですが、パトンよりカロンは静かということで選びました。ビーチには5分かからず行けるし、宿泊客は、英語、フランス語、ロシア語を話す人が多く、日本人はほとんどいませんでした。海外に来たという感じがして、自分には合っていました。

Love the privacy from the street, and the fact no traffic goes past the Sino wing at Old Phuket Resort. Rooms are made up daily, beautiful breakfasts, close to shops and beach, and 2 great pools within the property. Staff are delightful

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at The old Phuket resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent a great choice of food. Right on the beach only a few minutes walk away. Given it was low season they also gave us an upgrade to a jacuzzi suite which was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much for our beautiful stay here we will be back!

Now I know why its called the "OLD" Phuket. I could have been happy there but reception staff and especially the Management team are so unprofessional that I would never go back. I know they advertise themselves as the land of smiles but they are not genuine smiles, Phuket has got to realise that they have got to look after customers as the place has gone way down hill in the last few years and customers are now so unhappy that they now go to Vietnam, Cambodia as the service is so much better - A note, if you are going to Phuket, go to Kamala as the service is much better.

Lovely Old Colonial Hotel
Hotel is quaint and old colonial. Great location from beach and restaurants. My room was lovely. Very large including the bath. We did have a frustrating issue with check in due to misunderstanding and language barrier. Our bellman was great and overall the staff was, as usual, wonderful. Pool area could use a facelift.
