"I booked this hotel for the price it is definitely a hotel to stay in if you want to save money. They didn’t have all the extra stuff you expect from a regular hotel. No extra blankets, no extra comfort it was just a place to sleep. No shuttle to Disney, took uber for about $7 each way. They charge $23.25 for parking which is ridiculous it should be illegal to charge for parking. No restaurants on site, very basic hospitality. There were pincher bugs in my room and saw a huge roach outside my door. I had to cover the tub hole to avoid having bugs come in. "

"The bathroom needs renovation or an upgrade but other else are ok. The TV is too small for the room. The room is relatively clean and no musty smell."

"The hotel room was average - we were given a room which was too small and claustrophobic, and after requesting the front desk staff, they changed it to another room which had windows, but the size of the room was less than we anticipated. Also, the corridors were quite dirty. The hotel staff were very helpful, and the shuttles were on time."

"Rooms are dated, the worst part is we booked the Clementine due to the location and because it has a pool. We were not told that the pool was closed due to renovations so we were surprised when arrived to find the pool closed. They offered no compensation for this. Would not recommend anyone book this place."

"The hotel is centrally located. Which is nice and convenient. The rooms were small which I was surprised given the amount of money I paid and how big the hotel really is. One of the things I DO NOT recommend is bell services. When I arrived it took bell services more than hour to get my luggage’s to my room. During check out it was the same issue. I had to call like 3 times to see if someone was coming. The third time I was told that the bell person had come and knock on my door and no one answer so I had to literally grab all of my stuff and put them outside our room so he wouldn’t miss us. The valet is awesome. Super easy to drop off and pick up your car. "
